British Land is leading the sector in addressing climate change through our net zero carbon pathway, which is fully integrated into our planning work. Not only are we transforming our own portfolio – one of the UK’s largest – we are sharing lessons learnt to raise standards and accelerate the transition to net zero carbon across our industry. This includes publishing whole life carbon studies and pioneering the NABERS UK Design for Performance approach. Working collaboratively, we are challenging our supplier partners, implementing the seventh version of our Sustainability Brief, with every update pushing new boundaries and sharing the latest best practice.
