54 Bishops Avenue is an arts and crafts inspired residential development. Providing 30 new homes, the proposal brings a long-derelict site back into use as a sustainable, multi-unit community, with the restored locally listed Oak Lodge, a 1930s villa, as its centrepiece.

The Bishops Avenue has long suffered from neglect due to its high proportion of large, vacant properties. Analysis revealed a correlation between dereliction and property size, suggesting smaller houses and apartment buildings enjoyed higher rates of occupancy. Our plans will provide apartments that are secure, well insulated, and easy to adapt to the changing circumstances of residents.
