This transformational retrofit scheme culturally reinvigorates Fleet Street as a 7-day and evening destination providing much needed student accommodation to help address a London wide shortfall. The scheme includes a new free to visit public archaeological exhibition focussed on the remains of the medieval Whitefriars monastery and a new Print Museum and educational space alongside St Brides Institute to celebrate the history of printing in Fleet Street. In addition, the scheme preserves, extends and enhances the iconic Tipperary pub ensuring it retains its place as part of London's cultural life as well as a new pedestrian route and public realm enhancement
