Albert Island

Albert Island is an innovative, industrial-led masterplan in the Royal Docks which combines high quality placemaking, innovative building typologies and cutting-edge technical solutions to create an exemplar industrial intensification project, brought about by a meaningful collaboration of public and private sectors. As well as regenerating an underused brownfield site to create a new, connected piece of City, it will also provide public amenity spaces, help power the local economy and deliver important services to London, including supporting sustainable commercial use of the River Thames.
