Bellsmyre Regeneration, Dumbarton

The regeneration of Bellsmyre significantly improves the quality of the environment and housing in an area that has been neglected for many years. Following consultations with local residents and stakeholders, the development has been designed to factor in the needs of many whilst providing a modern take on traditional Scottish architecture with key features to the elevations to animate the streets. However, the proposal goes beyond just houses, and creates an environment that encourages the local community and wildlife to thrive through the provision of public amenities and emphasising the relationship with open spaces.
