BERKELEY GROUP NET BIODIVERSITY GAIN TOOLKIT

Berkeley Group is very proud to have led the industry on net biodiversity gain and laid the path for it to become a national legal requirement for all sites.

Over the last year we have used our Net Biodiversity Gain Toolkit to design a further 10 sites across London, Birmingham and the South of England.

In total our net gain strategies are set to deliver more than 480 acres of new or measurably improved natural habitats, helping to ensure that we leave behind more nature than before we arrived.
