Berkeley Homes - TwelveTrees Park

Our vision for TwelveTrees Park was secured following the identification of the site as being capable of delivering a far larger quantum of new homes compared to the site allocation of 1,200 homes. Not only was 3,800 homes secured, this was achieved in setting of a large area of public realm totalling 12 acres across 50% of the site in an extremely sustainable location.

We believe that TwelveTrees Park deserves this award as it will transform derelict, unused land and create a sustainable new community that is inclusive, dynamic, innovative and that builds upon West Ham’s rich industrial heritage.
