Berners Wells

Entrant's Summary: This is an exciting and attractive redevelopment of two adjoining buildings in the City of Westminster which created a flexible and more usable mixed-use building. The development retained the locally listed façade along Wells Street and completely redeveloped Berners Street property. The buildings can be occupied by a single tenant or split for multiple users. The scheme has also greatly enhanced the public realm and appearance of the central space between the properties known as Wells Mews. The design is considered to deliver excellent design along Berners Street and Wells Mews and enhancement to the appearance of Wells Street.
