Blackpool Central (Town Centre Regeneration Project)

The securing of hybrid planning permission for the Blackpool Central scheme will act as a catalyst for the regeneration of Blackpool. The scheme compliments existing leisure uses by providing all year round and all weather attractions and facilities, increasing visitors and extending the time spent in the town.

The listed buildings within the site will be rejuvenated and views to the Grade I listed Blackpool Tower will be maintained, a visual landmark in the town.

Blackpool Central looks outwards from the site, creating new spaces, which connect the place with the existing urban fabric and encouraging further investment.
