Clichy Estate Regeneration

The Clichy Estate Regeneration will transform a site housing three ailing 1960s council blocks and a community facing frequent crime into a vibrant, safe and sustainable new neighbourhood. Amidst fluctuating lockdown rules, we undertook an ambitious consultation process to ensure residents’ needs were central to the design. Our consented plans for the new estate therefore truly represent what the community wants; providing 412 homes, including 70 replacement homes for existing tenants and resident leaseholders, across a series of mid-rise blocks set within accessible, tree-lined streets, communal growing gardens and a mix of social spaces designed to serve all generations.
