Collaton 'A Different Approach'

Collaton Park is a pilot scheme for “A Different Approach” to address the extreme housing challenges faced in Newton & Noss parish. The project seeks to rebalance the existing housing market by delivering a range of new and innovative housing tenures and employment solutions. The scheme is the result of the collective work of the local community, Newton and Noss Community Land Trust, Parish Council and us.

We believe ‘A Different Approach’ provides a transferable model for rural housing delivery throughout England without reliance on the public purse, enabling communities to have more say in their future.
