Collaton Park, a pilot scheme for ‘A Different Approach’, which seeks to rebalance the existing housing market by delivering a range of new and innovative housing tenures and employment solutions in rural communities based on need identified by the community, enabling them to grow and thrive.

This community led scheme is delivering a range of community benefits alongside 47% affordable housing and gifting free serviced land to the CLT for the delivery of 18 social rented homes.
