Consultation Module

Entrant's Summary: The London Borough of Hounslow has worked collaboratively with Chesterfield Borough Council and the consultancy Urban Intelligence to develop a digital Consultation Module. This Module revolutionises the representation management process, making it more efficient, thereby freeing up resources for community engagement and plan-making tasks. In addition, it transforms planning policy consultations into accessible, interactive and transparent exercises for all, particularly our local communities. The project was delivered through innovative and collaborative working practices to develop this transformative software in under a year. The software is now in use; Hounslow is already benefitting from significant resource and time efficiency savings whilst also receiving positive feedback from respondents.
