Delivering Council led affordable homes

Kidbrooke Park Road North is a catalyst development in the first phase of a major regeneration scheme in South London. It is 100% affordable and zero-carbon. HTA Planning have been strategic in their engagement through consideration of key planning and development issues, options, and risks. They have led a multidisciplinary team on identifying stakeholder interests, key design paraments and meaningful engagement with residents to secure an exemplary scheme. The project will kickstart the delivery of 500 London Affordable rent homes and new community facilities, by delivering new homes and a nursery as well as significant environmental and social benefits.
