DLBP have a diverse portfolio, delivering residential schemes nationwide. We take a bespoke approach to every project, suited to its requirements, offering focused timely advice at the various stages of the planning process. We work hard to secure planning permission first time around and many of our schemes avoid the need for appeal.

We are keen to encourage and share knowledge with the next generation of planners by providing work experience placements and also employing, retaining and promoting graduates. The team comprises 12 professionals, encompassing 3.75 chartered town planners, with all staff eligible to chartership and educated to postgraduate level.
