Everton Stadium

CBRE has advised Everton FC since 2015 regarding their new 52,888 capacity stadium. The site is within Liverpool’s former UNESCO World Heritage Site, within a Conservation Area and contains several listed buildings.

CBRE provided town planning and Environmental Impact Assessment advice, providing assurance to planning and heritage bodies that the range of issues have been considered. The application involved the city’s largest ever public consultation: over 63,000 responses, with 97% support expressed. Permission was granted in Summer 2021, following Secretary of State agreement not to call-in the project for Public Inquiry. Construction is underway and will complete in 2024.
