FIRST CONVERSATION ISSUES AND OPTIONS CONSULTATION

Our Greater Cambridge Local Plan 'First Conversation' Issues and Options consultation embraced an ambitious and innovative approach to consultation, reaching over 6,000 members of the community at face-to-face events and over 300,000 through digital methods of engagement. Our flagship Big Debate event at the Cambridge Corn Exchange saw eight community groups share their ideas about the future of Greater Cambridge area in front of a capacity audience. We received thousands of responses to the consultation and are building on the priorities they expressed, to create an ambitious, climate-focused Plan for Greater Cambridge.
