Fisherton Street Regeneration

Fisherton Street, the first stage in Westminster City Council’s long-term regeneration of Church Street and led by the Council in partnership with placemaking specialist Linkcity, is delivering hundreds of new mixed-tenure homes, together with new community amenities, enhanced biodiversity, better connectivity and public realm improvements.

The Church Street neighbourhood is an area of great vibrancy and character but suffers from issues of social and economic exclusion, despite its Zone 1 location and proximity to the West End. Fisherton Street has kick-started the regeneration of the entire area, making it a more attractive place to live, work and visit.
