Submission summary

This is one of the first examples of a consented co-living scheme outside London, which is now under construction for delivery in September 2022. It was devised to directly meet the needs of the community, having been designed with input and support from the Council to house graduates and keyworkers. It is carefully considered, immediately deliverable and designed to integrate with the local community, as well as the upcoming development on the former Exeter Police Station and Magistrates Court site.
