Greenwich Peninsula

Spanning 150 acres, Greenwich Peninsula is the capital’s largest single regeneration. Knight Dragon is investing £8.4 billion over 30 years to transform the former industrial land into a new riverside cultural centrepiece.

It will deliver seven distinct neighbourhoods with 17,487 new homes (30% affordable), 48 acres of public green space, 13,000 job opportunities, a Design District for London’s creative community, a public transport interchange, two schools, a university, improved walking and cycling routes and healthcare and leisure facilities.

While delivering homes, commercial spaces and public realm that residents, visitors and businesses need, it has also provided significant sustainable economic growth.
