Hartland Village

Hartland Village will see the transformation of a redundant brownfield site which previously offered nothing to the local community. Once complete, it will provide much needed homes with sustainable links to transport, alongside all the amenities needed to support a growing population with a two-form entry primary school, Village Centre, play area and amenity green space equating to over 28 acres of on-site open space. In contrast to other new build developments, it will have several different character areas that determine the look and feel of the building, making it feel like a village that has evolved organically over time.
