Holloway Women’s Building

Entrant's Summary: The Women’s Building is part of the wider redevelopment of the former site of Holloway Women’s Prison. The development will provide a new community of 985 mixed-tenure homes. The Women’s Building will continue to support women and help those at risk of entering the criminal justice system. Working with Peabody, LB Islington and Inner Circle, the community groups, service providers and women with lived experiences of Holloway made this building possible with their dedication and input. Their collective effort will ensure that this landmark building will help meet the needs of women for future generations.
