Horlicks Quarter

Through sensitive restoration and working collaboratively with key stakeholders we have been able to redevelop a previously underutilised brownfield site, restoring the factory and creating a unique identity for the Horlicks Quarter.

The restoration of Grief and the original lettering and their inclusion within wider scheme, and the cleaning of the chimney demonstrates the extent to which Berkeley Homes will go to preserve and restore heritage assets, acknowledging their importance in quality placemaking.

Once the development is complete with its beautiful landscape with rich links to its history, this will be a truly unique place to live, work and play.
