HOUSING DELIVERY IN GREATER CAMBRIDGE

Executive summary:

The Strategic Sites team facilitates the delivery of sustainable new development in Greater Cambridge (Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire) by leading on pre-application and post-decision discussions and discharge of conditions on major sites. In overseeing the delivery and implementation of three new settlements, several other strategic sites as well as associated strategic and ancillary infrastructure, the team contributes to the delivery and implementation of sustainable new communities on a nationally significant scale. By maintaining good relationships with our applicants, members and the community, we have consistently delivered outstanding housing developments that have stretched the boundaries of good design and innovation.
