Jonathan Street and Orsett Street for Homes for Lambeth

Working in an established Estate, navigating the challenges of the lockdown, we secured consent for 67 high quality homes and a new community centre. Responding to the ‘new normal’ each home offers adequate space for home working and outdoor space. The design is a ‘good neighbour’ in every sense, offering high quality places to live for new residents enhancing the amenity of the existing estate for the enjoyment of all. A series of sustainable measures have been adopted, including the use of Air Source Heat Pumps in the first borough to declare a Climate Emergency.
