Homes for Lambeth, Lambeth Council’s wholly-owned housing delivery company has a purpose to meet demands of the current housing crisis by providing homes through the biggest housebuilding program the council has launched for a generation.

The application for 127 new homes at Larkhall Depot marks an important milestone for the future of Lambeth, because providing much needed, affordable housing is at the heart of what we do. We look forward to this application progressing to Lambeth’s planning committee in March 2022.
