Entrant's Summary: The work of the London Legacy Development Corporation Planning Policy & Decisions Team has been instrumental in shaping and delivering the successful placemaking legacy of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Comprising a diverse and talented group of planners and technical support staff, the innovative and award-winning work undertaken by the team since 2012 across all aspects of LPA activity is a practical example of how planners working alongside the community can demonstrably add social value and create characterful, sustainable and inclusive places.
