Malt Street is a major regeneration scheme which will transform largely underutilised land into a thriving, cohesive and family orientated neighbourhood. Up to 1,453 new homes will be created (40% affordable) while two acres will be for attractive open spaces. Its careful design will re-establish connections to the wider community and provide new pedestrian and green routes.
