The redevelopment of the Marian Place Gasholder site will create a genuinely special place which successfully balances a number of competing demands. This has been achieved by adopting an ambitious but human approach throughout the consultation, design and planning processes and giving equal weight to the historic, natural, built and social environment all whilst optimising the delivery of new homes.
