Working alongside Packaged Living, a bespoke Built-to-Rent developer and operator at the forefront of the private rented sector, GRID’s proposals will revitalise a site covered by surface car parking and fulfil local aspirations by creating a dynamic daytime and evening economy, new transport connections, and embedding a grain of streets, users, and places that connect to the emerging wider Mayflower Masterplan in the short and long term.

Planning consultants, Savills, have been an integral part of the process, together with Re:Form Landscape Architects, whose creative approach will increase biodiversity and see a pedestrian, rather than vehicle-led, public realm.
