Northbank Green - Wirral Waters

Northbank Green is an exemplar case-study in the creation of a new highly sustainable place-led, public green-space. It sits at the heart of the new residentially led neighbourhood regeneration area in Wirral Waters. It has been designed to be the focal and congregation point for a new emerging community. It also serves to open the waterside to the wider public – an area that has been inaccessible since the Docks were built. The design of this ground-breaking and bio-diverse NET Climate-Positive neighbourhood park is inspired by the fascinating history of the area and the latest thinking on sustainable ‘nature based’ solutions.
