NORTHWICK PARK

The proposals are part of the wider Northwick Park masterplan. Originally, only site NH2 was to be developed. Through great foresight and an aspiration to transform the entire area and benefit the community, the project is now the culmination of 15 years of work leading to a collaboration of the four very different land owners. The collaboration has meant a sustainable, financially viable and inclusive new community and new place. It is because of this collaboration, perseverance and the desire to deliver a high-quality new community that benefits all the landowners and the community that this project deserves an award.
