'One Cowcaddens’ is a proposal for 595 new homes, amenities and community space, with new landscaped gardens and public realm, which represents a vision for a new compact, vibrant and sustainable mixed-use 20-minute district in Glasgow’s city centre.

As a major new housing development, One Cowcaddens will play a significant role in Glasgow’s City Centre Living Strategy’s objective to double the city centre’s population to 40,000, and to create a more resilient, empowered and socially cohesive neighbourhood. It also contributes to the Cowcaddens Regeneration aspirations of vibrant and healthy streets, spaces and efficient mobility networks.
