Osiers Road

The challenge for the development of Osier Road was how to knit into a recently developed tight urban fabric, a scheme which optimised the delivery of high quality homes and flexible workspaces whilst giving back almost 40% of the site to public realm to ‘complete’ the master planning of the area. Osiers Road has achieved this, by careful and innovative design which reflects the history of the area but with modern sustainable forms of development. The scheme, is a successful partnership between Hollybrook and Peabody and will provide 100% of the homes as affordable to meet local housing need.
