CBRE has worked closely with Hudson Pacific Properties and Blackstone to secure a world-class film studio development In Broxbourne including 21 sound stages and a public open space dedication. The development will be in the top 10% of buildings in terms of sustainability.

The development represents a £700m investment, including 850 construction jobs and 4,800 permanent jobs for Broxbourne across a range of sectors. It is expected to contribute £300m annually to local economy. To support long-term growth and opportunity, an ESSP has been prepared, and the development will deliver significant town centre, sustainable transport and infrastructure upgrades.
