Peabody - Former Holloway Prison

Avison Young on behalf of Peabody

Entrant's Summary: In August 2022, an application (ref. P2021/3273/FUL) was approved at the Former Holloway Prison, Parkhurst Road, London, N7 0NU for the residential-led, mixed use redevelopment of the site. The site comprises the Former Holloway Prison, which was originally constructed in 1856 and became a women’s only facility in 1903. Peabody’s vision for the site is to honour this history and create an inclusive space for the community that connects to the urban fabric which has grown around the prison. The permission will deliver a landmark Women’s building, alongside the delivery of 985 residential units, of which 60% will be affordable.
