In line with the Berkeley Group 2030 vision to deliver a valuable and holistic contribution to the environment, landscape has been at the fore-front of the Poplar Riverside Masterplan. The detailed proposals for the first phase of the 1-hectare Riverside park and the wider landscape proposals, focus on habitat creation through site specific measures.

Whilst catering to local biodiversity, the landscape proposals also ensure that opportunities for users of the space are maximised. Through enhancing the quantum of usable green space on site and incorporating natural landscaped features, elements of the natural environment can be experienced throughout the whole masterplan.
