PORT LOOP

The Places for People and Urban Splash JV was chosen to take Port Loop forward along with other statutory bodies who had committed to transforming and regenerating the area into a thriving waterside community. Together with designer Glenn Howells, the broader team sat down with planners to work out how this could be achieved; at the core of the Port Loop design principle is the creation of a new destination for all, which whilst providing a variety of new homes, also provides facilities that benefit the existing neighbourhoods in the area from day one.
