Prince Philip Park - Bordon Phase 3 Reserved Matters

The proposed masterplan of this phase of Prince Philip Park, is the culmination of much consultation between client, stakeholder, design team and local authority intended to breathe new life into a dormant site to create resident-focused homes.

The resulting design response offers a holistic way of living, developed alongside a strong Design Code, integrating homes into considered landscape which connects neighbourhoods via new green pedestrian and cycle links to local parkland and the town centre beyond, creating a new identity. The scheme is testimony to strong ambitions to elevate the quality of the environment in which we develop and live.
