It will deliver hundreds of new homes, innovative work and learning spaces, will embrace the riverside, and offer engaging leisure, hospitality and cultural facilities and events to contribute to the resilience and growth of Truro’s town centre. Links to the wider area will ensure it is seen as a beacon of community pride; but most of all, its unique intergenerational offering and innovations will set a new benchmark for regeneration across the UK.
