Entrant's Summary: A year of people initiatives, client delivery, new services, sustainable growth and diversity, all powered Rapleys’ Planning division to its most successful period yet with turnover up by over one third, instructions up c.40% and a significant increase in the number of planners which are already propelling onward, and further, growth. As a planning consultancy within a multi-disciplinary business, the division also benefitted from four new company-wide services, several new sector specialisms within planning itself, an industry-leading People Plan, and accelerated commitments to ESG and EDI. Despite huge investment in new services and people, Rapleys is targeting and on course for double-digit growth in Planning in 2024 which shows the business plan is working, growth is sustainable, clients are happy and so are our people..
