The development will deliver 209 much-needed homes, along with key upgrades for pedestrians and cyclists, all while enhancing the local environment. Without the contributions of these key partners, securing an implementable scheme which was viable, in line with latest Building Regulations and capable of delivering the wider strategic vision and the many benefits Reading Riverworks has to offer could not have been realised.
