Southwark Over Station Development

This project represents two public sector organisations drawing their resources together to enable the development of two optimised schemes on land which has previously always faced impediments. Southwark OSD is a landmark scheme for TfL, delivering high quality, sustainable office floorspace which will make use of modern methods of construction and contribute to the diversification of TfL’s income. The innovative LSA approach taken by TfL and LBS to create two rationalised development sites and their associated benefits in an otherwise constrained location deserves the recognition of this award.
