St Ann’s New Neighbourhood
Lambert Smith Hampton on behalf of Peabody and Hill Group, with Scheme imagery and architecture by Karakusevic Carson Architects.
Entrant's Summary: St Ann’s New Neighbourhood utilises a vacant, underutilised brownfield site in Haringey, delivering an attractive, high-quality, residential-led Scheme. Developed by Peabody (formerly Catalyst), the proposals will provide up to 995 new homes of a range of tenures, 60% of which will be affordable (comprising 46% Intermediate, 54% London Affordable Rent), and up to 5,000sqm (GEA) of non-residential floorspace. Incorporating the best elements of the existing Site, the nature, landscape and heritage-led masterplan facilitates the comprehensive regeneration of the former Hospital with new biodiverse open space, high-quality public realm, retained historic buildings, improved cycle and pedestrian connections and complementary non-residential uses
