The Earls Court Development Company is an Earls Court-based business, responsible for delivering the transformational masterplan on the site of the former Exhibition Centres on behalf of Earls Court Partnership Limited – a JV between Delancey (on behalf of its client funds), the Dutch fund manager APG, and TfL. ECDC’s vision is for Earls Court to re-emerge as London’s place to discover wonder, celebrating and building on the cultural heritage of the site. The masterplan will create a better piece of city, one that responds to the climate emergency, delivers much needed housing for Londoners and a lasting legacy for future generations.
