St Edward has received planning consent to redevelop two brownfield sites; Tesco and Homebase on Syon Lane, kick starting the regeneration of the Golden Mile in Hounslow. The masterplan will deliver 2,150 homes, 35% of which will be tenure blind affordable homes. Alongside this, there will be a generous seven acres of green spaces with over 400 new trees and tranquil water gardens.

A state-of-the-art Tesco will replace the former store, alongside new shops, café, gastropub, workspaces and GP surgery. Local infrastructure will also be improved with a £36 million investment including safer pedestrian and cycle routes.
