Over the past 3 years the Planning Service at Tewkesbury has embarked on a significant transformational journey. Our continuous improvement programme was developed following feedback and recommendations received from Planning Officer Enterprises following a review of the service. This application is to recognise the considerable improvements and successes realised by the Development Management team, as we have delivered process and cultural change, streamlined our service and delivered notable improvements which have benefitted service users and our communities.
