This approach goes beyond determination of an application. It's genuine and comprehensive, with intensive efforts over many years to ensure Grosvenor plays a positive part in Bermondsey long-term.

Five local stakeholders who spoke in support of the proposals, and especially Grosvenor's approach, at City Hall in February 2020, are testament to this:
