We advised on every stage of the planning process and used our strong links with the GLA and Southwark to streamline the s106 negotiations.

We actively monitored changes in law and policy and comparable projects in Southwark and Greater London and applied this detailed insight to every aspect of the project. This meant that the scheme was responsive to its legal and policy context and commercially acceptable; ensuring successful recovery by the Mayor and the grant of a challenge-free permission (without appeal) which is both planning policy compliant and deliverable - as evidenced by Grosvenor's start on site.
