The Brentford Project
Ballymore
Entrant's Summary: The Brentford Project represents the long-awaited and much-needed revitalisation of Brentford town centre – a long overlooked pocket of west London. Spanning 11.8 acres between the high street and waterfront, it is injecting new energy into the locality, designed as a walkable waterfront neighbourhood in which people can stay local. With 876 new homes, a revitalised high street, extensive public realm and new leisure and retail amenities, The Brentford Project is establishing a new social and cultural hub for the town – with every element inspired by the area’s heritage and the wants and needs of the community.
